Service Management

Our service management system integrates the different services, listed below, into one program. CPS can handle your Service Dispatch, Technical Phone Support, Call Center, Field Service Repair, Parts Management, and can create a customized Management Information System (MIS) for your equipment. Although CPS can handle a company's complete comprehensive service management, it also has the capability to handle individual pieces of service management as required by the customer. CPS provides an efficient infrastructure of technical knowledge and support.


Service Dispatch Center
Our Service Dispatch Center responds to each service request in a timely and efficient manner. There are four methods available to submit a request: phone, fax, e-mail or a customized website which sends service requests directly to our dispatch center. Our dispatch team then assigns a service technician to address your specific request.


Technical Phone Support
Our technical support personnel have been field service technicians. They have technical training in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic systems. These professionals can be trained on your machinery to provide specific Technical Support to your personnel or customer and our field technicians.

Tech Support and Service Dispatch Center Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM (14 hours open)
Saturday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (10 hours open)
Sunday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (8 hours open)



Call Center
CPS offers an after-hours Call Center where customers can request service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The phone calls are received by our third party call center who records the service request. Each service requests is then e-mailed to the Dispatch Center where it is fulfilled during the next shift. CPS can provide the call center with customized information for each customer.


Field Service Repair
CPS has over 250 trained field service professionals to perform customized and reliable repairs. We provide each technician with up-to-date training in both technical and interpersonal skills and provide access to technical documentation necessary to service your equipment.


Parts Management
CPS offers parts management and shipping for our customers Monday through Saturday. Though storage and parts management is primarily performed at a centralized location, our technicians are equipped with the needed parts to perform general equipment repairs. Inventory is tracked by service technician, parts used on equipment, warranty returns, reworked parts, and parts at vendors. CPS offers complete customized reporting to track inventory.
