Emergency Service (ES)
Service Calls are received through our centralized call center, where our inside support team will dispatch the appropriate local technician to ensure they are on-site within the customers required time. In most situations our technicians will be on-site within 24-48 hours. In critical or safety situations, we can be on site within 4 hours. CPS is committed to minimizing your downtime with expertly trained service technicians strategically located throughout the nation.

Preventative Maintenance (PM)
Calls are received through our centralized call center where we dispatch the local technician to the site within a scheduled period designated by the customer. Scheduling preventive, predictable maintenance service helps reduce and avoid costly repairs and equipment downtime. CPS offers programs for on-going support, tailored to meet your needs, which are based on OEM guidelines; individual machine work loads and your machines repair records. In addition, we maintain accurate and complete maintenance records for each machine and component, which allows for important reporting and analysis.

Projects and Installations
CPS has the ability to do various projects/installations and removals to meet your wide range of needs. From retrofits to complete turn key installs, CPS has certified factory trained technicians to complete your work. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Our project managers can help coordinate, communicate and manage single aspects or your whole project realm.

Warranty Repair
CPS will work with OEM's to ensure their warranty work is handled quickly and their machine is up and running to OEM standards.
